The Elms is a large Georgian detached house available to rent as self catering holiday or business accommodation. The property is located in Kelso and has a fabulous setting next to the Golden Gates of Floors Castle and within casting distance of the Tweed.

Accommodating up to ten guests in five bedrooms and four bathrooms the house is full of character, tastefully furnished and has plenty of space. On the ground floors there is a large reception room, a games room with a full size snooker table and a large farmhouse kitchen with dining area to enjoy with family and friends.

For sportsmen there are rod racks, drying room and chest freezer. In the garage there is table tennis and bikes to cycle around the town or up the drive to Floors Castle.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. The garden is secure for dogs and for dogs used to being outside, there is a kennel with run, insulated sleeping area and a heat lamp.

A daily housekeeper can be arranged to visit the property to make beds and tidy around. Please let us know your requirements.
